The Reformer allows for low impact, resistance training. There are numerous exercises to strengthen and tone and increase flexibility in arms and legs, using a resistance workout in many positions and covering a wide range of movements. The specially designed springs make the resistance work dynamic with controlled movements in both static and moving.
